  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that this excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address, but typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of order processing.
  • Express Delivery: For quicker delivery, we offer express shipping options that will ensure your order arrives within 2-3 business days. Please select this option during checkout if you need your items sooner.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. We will notify you if your order will be delayed due to the delivery location.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, so you will know the exact cost before completing your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping of PKR 250.

6. Order Issues & Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain factors such as weather conditions, national holidays, or courier-related delays may occasionally cause unexpected shipping delays. If your order is delayed or you encounter any issues, please reach out to us, and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

7. Delivery to P.O. Boxes

We are able to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please ensure that the P.O. Box address is correctly entered during checkout.

8. Delivery Confirmation and Signature

For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to receive the package, a notice will be left with instructions for how to reschedule or pick up your order from a local collection point.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@shopket.store within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including issuing a replacement or processing a return.

10. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer delivery within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping, but we may expand our delivery options in the future.
